Our principle

Private. Offline. Yours.

AppsKeep products are designed around four pillars: one-time purchase (no subscriptions), data that stays on your Windows PC, works completely offline, and desktop productivity (large screens, fast entry, multi-window). Application data you enter into our desktop software is stored locally on your Windows PC unless you choose to export or back it up yourself.

Desktop applications

  • Health, dental, pet, home, vehicle, and document records stay on your computer.
  • No forced cloud account is required to use the apps.
  • Optional backups you create (for example to an external drive) remain under your control.
  • We do not mine personal records from the apps for advertising.
  • Records you enter stay on your PC. AppsKeep does not receive that data. The only personal information we get is what you send to support@appskeep.com. Purchases, when live, go through the payment provider.

This website

The AppsKeep.com marketing site is a static site and does not require an account. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your hosting provider may keep basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not sell personal information. If we add analytics or a payment checkout later, this policy will be updated before those tools go live.

Contact and support

If you email us or use the contact form (which opens your email client), we receive the information you choose to send—typically name, email address, and message content—so we can respond to trial, purchase, or support requests. We retain that correspondence only as needed to provide support and fulfill legal obligations.

Purchases

If you buy through a third-party payment or licensing provider, their privacy policy governs payment processing. We receive only what is needed to fulfill your license (for example email and product purchased).

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. If analytics or payment widgets are added later, this policy will be updated to describe them.
